Constraints-layer feature set
Ownership lookups (Land Registry), planning application history, designations (conservation area, listed building, TPO, flood zone), and adjacent ownership. Lower tiers cap the monthly ownership-lookup and planning-view volume; the Pro tier lifts those caps for a development manager assessing several sites per week.
